Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has appear the sentencing of an Idahoan bedevilled of Allowance Fraud.
On Thursday, December 14, First District Judge John Luster bedevilled 60-year-old Pat W. Benson of Coeur d’Alene. A board bedevilled Benson on October 19.
Judge Luster bedevilled Benson to a unified appellation of three years, with one year anchored and two years indeterminate. The book was abeyant and Benson was placed on two years probation. On December 3, 2014, Benson was amenable for an auto blow in Coeur d’Alene. At the time of the accident, his agent was not insured.
